I wish whomever uses the vehicle would not adjust the seat. Every time I get service, somebody moves the seat and is usually moved up very close to the steering wheel and never moves it back.

Salesman Steve worked with us as we placed an order foe a 2025. Suburban. Right from the start we knew that we picked Wind Gap as the right dealer for us once we started working with Steve on our Suburban order. Steve keep us informed and updated throughout the entire process up and until our vehicle was delivered. After we completed all of the paper work Steve went over all of the options and feature that the Suburban had. after the review of the features we were confident that we could operate the new vehicle without any issues. Absolutely SPECTACULAR! I had a 2;30PM appointmant. I got there 2;28. Olivia, the service advisor immediately handed my keys off to a service technician and the vehicle went right in! I came for an oil change and tire rotation.... Olivia also suggested they perform my yearly Pa inspection early since I was here. This was FANTASTIC, since I live up in Bushkill Pa (1 hour /30 miles away, 60 mile round trip). I am super appreciative of this as it saves me the fuel and traffic of another trip through yhe E. I left an item in my old truck. Never received a call about it. My new truck has a problem. The plastic brake pedal is a hazard. Cheverlet scewed up—a lawsuit is looking to happen.

I purchased my Chevy Trax here on 12/5/2025 and my passenger headlight went out so I called to see if I had to make an appointment to get it fixed and the nice gentleman that answered said no just come in. When I got there and checked in the nice lady working checked me in and I asked if I could get my windshield cleaned bcuz it had a film on it so she said sure. I went in to sit at the waiting room but ventured over to see my salesman Brian BK to say hi and Merry Christmas, went back to waiting room and they calked me to tell me the car was done. Very fast and courteous service and very friendly staff there. I would recommend Wind Gap Chevrolet to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. I had a great experience there.

This is the 2nd vehicle we got from Wind Gap Chevrolet, we had a very professional and very nice salesman Steve and everyone is so nice and friendly and helpful to us.

Very upset with my recent visits to the service department. Was in for oil change and inspection/emmisions, couple weeks later I discovered I had an oil leak. Called to make an appt, told to come in the next day at 1030am. When I arrive, I’m told I’m not on the schedule. Mind you this is after a 45 minute drive in not so good road conditions. As if having to go back to fix someone’s error wasn’t enough. It was upsetting that I didn’t even get a simple “sorry” for the inconvenience.
